Stage 4 VCAT Update
PIM have received communication from VCAT regarding Stage 4 Restrictions.
If you have an appeal with PIM coming up, please be reassured that unless you hear from us, the hearing will proceed as planned.
All Victorian courts and tribunals, including VCAT, are “Permitted Work Premises” for the purposes of the new business and industry Stage 4 restrictions, and able to remain on-site to hear urgent and priority matters.
All VCAT hearings are conducted remotely via teleconference or online platform. Matters which are currently listed over the next six weeks will continue to be heard.
VCAT will notify parties if there is any change to their matter. Unless you are notified, you should assume that your matter is proceeding according to any notices or information that you have previously been given.
