COVID-19 VCAT UPDATE
VCAT Response to COVID-19
Following VCAT’s response to COVID-19 issued two weeks ago, VCAT has extended the date in which all face-to-face and non-critical cases are adjourned up to. The new date is 15 May 2020.
This will affect our upcoming hearings at VCAT and we have notified our clients.
It is anticipated that there will be further changes announced in the coming days/weeks as the situation evolves.
We are continuing to operate during this time and will continue to prepare for and monitor the progress of our VCAT hearings.
The priority for Plans in Motion and VCAT is the health and safety of our clients and the wider community and will continue to follow up to date, government, and peak body recommendations.
